Our Company
In 1979 I took several cake decorating classes and then began making cakes for friends. That was the beginning
of a very long love affair. I sincerely love designing cakes for all occasions. Wedding cakes are my first
love, but I also enjoy doing all sorts of cakes. I think one reason that I love doing wedding cakes is because my customers
are so in love and excited about their special day. A few years ago my daughter, Tracy, started helping me with the
cakes. I taught her everything she knows (ha! ha!). Seriously, we both LOVE designing cakes
for our customers. We have a secret icing recipe that is truly wonderful!!

Our Philosophy
It is our desire to have completely satisfied customers so that you will tell all of your friends about us. I have
the wonderful job of meeting with most of my customers personally. Unfortunately, sometimes I don't get to meet with
out of town people. My favorite thing to do is to sit down with you and discuss things that are of interest to you while
you look through my album of cakes that we have already done. Sometimes my customers come up with great ideas.
Every once in a while, I actually come with a great idea!! Tracy does most of the baking and decorating these days.
Her daughter is always watching and hoping to take over the business one day.
